Ecolinegroup provides shipments through an "Express Courier" service.

Deliveries within Italy are completed in 2 or 3 business days. Deliveries abroad take place within 6 or 8 business days. Ecolinegroup issues invoices for purchased products, sent along with the shipment. Customer-provided information holds for invoice issuance, with no changes possible after the invoice has been issued.

For non-EU shipments, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery, handled by specialized carriers, will take place within 2-3 business days following the purchase date if the items are available, or within 20-30 business days for items requiring production.

Ecolinegroup cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

Delivery will occur without an appointment and is ground floor only for shipments within Italy.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will make a phone call to the number provided by the customer, also printed on the address indicated on the package.

The carrier will make two delivery attempts to the address provided by the customer. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the products will remain in storage at the carrier's warehouse for 5 (five) business days at the customer's disposal.

In the event of non-collection of products by the customer within the specified period, the order will be automatically canceled, and the products will be returned to Ecolinegroup. Ecolinegroup will refund the amount for the purchased goods, minus all order management, outbound shipping, storage, and return shipping costs.

For orders exceeding 50 kg or of special dimensions: within 3 (three) business days following the order confirmation, Ecolinegroup will inform the customer of the expected delivery week. The carrier will subsequently contact the customer to arrange delivery details.

Upon product delivery, the customer is responsible for checking that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including closure materials (seals).

If there are obvious damages to the packaging and/or the product, the customer can refuse product delivery. In such cases, the products will be returned to Ecolinegroup at no cost to the customer.

Once the delivery document is signed, the customer cannot contest any claims regarding the external characteristics of the delivered products.

Any issues related to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be promptly reported to Ecolinegroup to activate warranty conditions.
